I bought the EastWest Orchestra Gold complete, and the Stromdrum 2 libraries. Now I want to record and make some music. As I am completely new to Logic, I am not sure how to use software instruments with this DAW.

I'd suggest reading the Getting Started Guide first, which explains everything.
